Chessvision.ai review: scores and evidence
Chessvision.ai recognises a chessboard in an image, a video or a PDF and opens it for analysis (engine, videos, export to Lichess/Chess.com). It does not analyse the player’s games and trains nothing.

What the service is
Chessvision.ai is the work of a single publisher: the App Store lists Pawel Kacprzak as the seller of the apps, and the site’s terms of use place the service under Polish law. The tool recognises a chess position in an image, a video or a PDF, then opens it on an analysis board wired to an engine, and can track down the YouTube videos that contain the same position. It comes as Chrome, Firefox and Safari extensions, iOS and Android apps, an eBook reader for chess books in PDF, a video app, four bots (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Reddit) and FEN-to-image and PGN-to-PDF converters. The business model is a limited free tier — a scan quota that resets every twenty-four hours — topped up by a subscription at $5.99 a month or $45.99 a year.
