The AI invents nothing — it explains, in plain language, an analysis that is already proven, and any explanation that strays from the position is discarded.

My name is Mathieu Morio, I’m an engineer, a chess player, and the creator of ChessPivot.

For more than ten years, I built data-analysis models and decision-support algorithms across a wide range of industries. One obsession has always driven me: making the power of analysis — and today of AI — truly accessible, intuitive and useful, without ever sacrificing technical depth.

With ChessPivot, I’ve applied that standard to chess. High-level, hyper-personalised analysis shouldn’t stay a privilege reserved for a handful of players. Thanks to Mimesis, it’s now within reach of every enthusiast.
