After a long manoeuvring phase, Black grabbed material with 29...Nxh3+ and the position still held — until the turning point. 31...Bf5 swung the evaluation from 0.0 to -2.8 from White’s side, letting the balance slip. Yu Yangyi followed with 32.Bxf7+ and 33.Qb3+, driving the black king out to h5. Both sides then wobbled: 40.Qe3 gave back ground, from +7.2 to +4.2, and 41.Ng2 more of it, from +6.4 to +4.9 — but 42...Qf5, from -5.1 to -15.0, ended the argument. Accuracy: 84% White, 86% Black. The takeaway: one loose developing move can flip a position you were holding.
