In 2016, Andreikin (2737) and Zhigalko (2671) played a textbook Queen’s Indian: the g3 fianchetto, 4...Ba6, and a long build-up before Black opened the centre with 12...Nxe4. What follows is a clean run of trades — the light-squared bishops vanish with 16...Bxg2, the dark-squared pair with 22...Bxc3 — and the engine finds no inflection point at all: neither side ever hands over the evaluation. Black posted 100% of moves rated good or better, White 92%, with just two harmless inaccuracies. After 24...Nxe4 the material is fully symmetrical and the draw is the honest result. The takeaway: in a balanced structure, accurate play doesn’t create a winner, it creates a split point.
