A classical Italian from 2012: Bologan (2681) against Fressinet (2700), with the old 4.Ng5 d5 and the 5...Na5 line. Black took over in the middlegame and stood clearly better, then gave the advantage back in stages. The first turning point is 38...Qg5+, which swings the evaluation from -0.8 to -4.6 from White’s side, and 40...g5 (-2.6 to -5.6) and 42...Nd5 (-5.6 to -7.6) complete the reversal. White eased off with 43.Qxh4, from +7.6 to +4.6, but it changed nothing: 1-0 after 45.Rxg5+. Accuracy was 89% for White, 77% for Black. The takeaway: advantages rarely vanish in one move, but in a run of loose ones.
