From 1.c4 e5 2.g3 the game opened up with 8.d4 exd4 9.exd4, and White gradually took control through the central exchanges. Black was already in deep trouble when 31...Qc3 let the evaluation slide from +4.9 to +7.0. Two moves later 33...Ra7 made it far worse, from +5.6 to +13.9, and 34...Ke8 pushed it from +12.9 to +15.0. Accuracy finished at 94% for White and 85% for Black, with Black resigning after 35.c6. The takeaway: once a position is lost, loose moves only shorten the defense.
